Furs
We offer a seven-day return policy from the shipping date on any fur item to receive a full refund to your credit card. All tags must still be on the garment to receive your refund and all original paper work must accompany the return including appraisals and sales receipts. Return shipping including insurance to cover the item from loss is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the item is lost in shipping and un-insured, there can be no refund. We recommend using UPS second day delivery for return shipping should you desire a refund.
If a fur has been monogrammed or altered, the item cannot be returned for full refund but can be exchanged for full value less a $200 re-stocking fee.

Jewelry
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of shipping on any jewelry item to receive a full refund to your credit card. All original paper work must accompany the return including appraisals, diamond certificates and sales receipts. Return shipping including insurance to cover the item from loss is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the item is lost in shipping and un-insured, there can be no refund. We recommend using UPS second day delivery for return shipping should you desire a refund.

If a diamond is returned with out is accompanying certificate, a $200 re-stocking fee will be assessed to the return.

All orders for special sizes are only returnable for re-sizing.

After 14 days, we will gladly exchange your item for equal or greater value.

Return shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

After 30 days, all jewelry sales are final.

Items bought on our clearance page are only returnable for store credit.

Jewelry Carat Weight Clarification
We make every effort to put exact gemstone weights on all of our products, but some manufacturers do not have the ability to breakout their merchandise. Therefore, the following chart should be used on merchandise where a fraction is listed and not the exact weight.
